Sirromet Vineyard 's Long Lunch
Kicking off the pre-lunch entertainment on the back of a truck set the Aussie tone of a great day in the vineyard. Over lunch, the band played acoustically to the 450 guests dining in the idyllic setting between the creek and the vines. After a delicious meal it was off to the shed for dessert and some serious dancing - bush and rock!
The John O'Brien Bush Festival, Narrandera The 'Navs' were the headline Bush Band at this year's John O'Brien Bush Festival in Narrandera. Extreme heat didn't stop the townfolk and visitors from turning out for the many concerts programmed over the weekend. The Inland Navigators with their blend of traditional and modern Australian music were a popular act, featuring in three concerts from Friday night to Sunday afternoon. The Sandigo Hall was jumping and the dust was flying for the traditional Saturday Night Bush Dance where the barn dance, Strip the Willow, Circassian Circle and many other dance favourites kept the tireless dancers on their toes.
